Why am I getting a “Shop Owner" Version of this course? 

The Shop Owner Version is a unique version of the Paint Protection Film "PPF" e-Learning Course that allows you the freedom to easily preview the content in each lesson of the course. In turn, you will be able to pick and choose content you would like included, eliminated or modified for your One (1) New Installer Version. In addition, this version is designed without the need for any quizzes, tests or a Certificate of Completion; considering again it is only for your review. After you purchase this Subscription Plan, you will be provided a guide and the first step will be to review the course and “Select Lessons” for us to build your New Installer Version.


How do I create the "New Installer" Version? 

Once you review the Shop Owner Version, you will simply complete a Request Form, indicating how you would like us to build your One (1) New Installer Version. Basically, you can Select Lessons from the Shop Owner Version and set up Progress Phases. This will depend on how structured you would like the training for your Applicant or Existing worker to be, and these features are briefly explained below. The link for this form, along with a “guide” for how to use the New Installer Version, will be on “The Next Steps” page; provided to you either directly AFTER Check Out, OR in your Welcome Email. Once we receive your Request Form, your New Installer Version can be available to use within a few short days!


How do I Select Lessons for my New Installer Version? 

Selecting Lessons for your One (1) New Installer Version can be based on the level of information you would like your New Installer to have once they’ve completed the training. For example:

  • Will they be interacting and talking with customers?
  • Do you feel they should know about “Profit Margins” and “Pricing?”
  • Is learning about the Plotter important to your business?

Based on how you answered these questions, content and/or lessons may be removed, omitted and/or added.

What are Progress Phases? 

Progress Phases are an added benefit we’ve included that allows you (the Shop Owner) the ability to pause the Applicant’s, or an Existing Worker’s progress in the course, giving you the option to evaluate their skills. IF you choose this option, basically the course is broken-up into sections followed by, what we refer to as, “Assignments,” which the Applicant/Existing Worker needs to complete in order to move forward.

How do Progress Phases work? 

Each Progress Phase is a section of the course, made up of consecutive Lessons and/or Chapters, and at the end of each section will be an Assignment Lesson. In this Assignment the Applicant, or Existing Worker, will be instructed to contact you for an evaluation, in order to demonstrate an installation in front of you, for the Phase that was just completed. By creating this pause in the course, it can allow you to better determine the qualifications of the Applicant/Existing Worker.

What is the Scholastic Level Fundamentals (SLF) Test?

The SLF Test is basically a cognitive ability test, which can be used to assess a person’s aptitude for learning and even problem-solving. The test generally includes multiple-choice questions covering a wide range of areas like logic, math, and verbal reasoning, and can be a valuable tool designed to quickly assess general intelligence.

Why should I use the SLF Test?

The SLF Test can be used as an additional tool, during the Hiring Process for an Applicant, or even the Promotion of an Existing Worker, not only to see if they have the willingness to take on a task, but can show you their level of commitment. Therefore, the SLF Test is recommended to be administered to either person BEFORE proceeding with providing the New Installer Version of this Course.
